C.B.T therapy

after my 1st ever group therapy session for anger management was a disaster as i couldnt cope instead of just not turning up for the next 7 groups one a week etc i phoned up and had to explaine all eg why i thought group wasnt suitable etc, i was booked in for new assesment and it has been agreed that the 1st step forward would be one to one c..b.t therapy,

have many done this kinda therapy and did it help????
 
im glad i dnt have to do groups again and am on waiting list to start c.b.t the hanging around waiting not easy at times but am keeping posative etc.

I have done computerised CBT.  I went to our local MIND centre and used a private room there once a week.  It did help me a bit, was quite surprised by my answers to the questions each week and did help me look at things differently.
