just want to shut the world out

i just feel like locking my front door putting the chain on and staying in my house on my own forever. feel so rubbish at the moment. im not even using facebook or texting which are the only 2 things i have been doing recently. i cant tell anyone how im really feeling. i just have to get on with it. but i cant anymore. i cant just put a fake smile on and pretend everythings okay. its way beyond that. i dont know what to do anymore.

stopped taking 200mg sertraline, not been to pick repeat prescription up and not been to GP just want everything to stop and for everyone to leave me alone

I know how you feel but its not a good idea to stop your meds like that
