I've been reading this forum for a week or two and thought I'd say hello.

Suffered with depression on and off since the age of 18 and now I'm 46. I started early this year with another bout and feeling like enough is enough now. If I'd have known at 18 that I would never shift this sickness then I probably wouldn't still be here. Still working out what drugs will work this time. At the moment it Sertraline after trying Prozac and it not working. I'm so lucky in so many ways but it's never what I need to make me happy.
