I see depressed people
« on: May 05, 2012, 09:57:50 PM »
Whilst I have always kept my depression a very private affair, I have recently discovered the ability(?) to recognise my traits of depression in other people. From extreme acts to micro-expressions. It make me wonder just how many people actually "suffer" (with or without recognition). Does anyone else experience this "pregnant lady phenomenon" ?

Yes I do, I find myself watching people and seeing them doing things or acting a cetain way and thinking I think they feel like I do.

I think there are a lot more people than we realise suffering.  Its not something you shout about as others are frightened by it.
