Feel so Tired :(

I feel so tired, its been a lot worse since I have been more physically ill these last couple of weeks. I get so tired I feel weak and sick is there anything I can do to stop me from feeling so tired? Just incase it doesn't work out at the doctors and I'm stuck like this for a while? I know that getting very upset and exercise makes it a lot worse.

Icelolly, just a thought but have you had your iron levels checked?

I have Kate, that was one of the first things they checked me for. I honestly don't know what else they can test.

What length of time have you had these symptoms? Have you had a virus at any point?

if they have checked you for everything else then it is about time they start having a serious discusion about CFS.

They started around september Steve, I had two chest infections in the summer so there is a possibility that it could be something to do with that. But they tested me for the Epstein barr virus and that came back clear.

Think Stevie means chronic fatigue symdrome (ME) it can start with a virus.  That is how my sister's ME started.

It could easily have started with the chest infections as it was around about the same time. I really do think that out of everything it could be ME is the most likely but then I'm not a doctor.
