ok so where to start - and i will apologise if i waffle on too long.  1st diagnosed with depression 2 years ago, started on 20mg of fluoxatine daily, this seemed to wrok and eventually after approx 8 months came off them completely.  approx 3 months ago started to recognise the symptoms then got really low, went back to the docs, started back on 20mg daily after 3 weeks went up to 40mg. after 6 weeks felt great, had been off work for this time, went back and seemed fine for the last 3 weeks, then Tuesday had my 1st ever panic attack.

my hubby suggested finding some forums to talk to ppl who are going through the same thing, somewhere i can discuss how i am feeling, high or low.

We all know these feelings here.  I have had depression return and I was terrified.  Panic attacks are very scarey.  You are not alone, we understand and will listen and help and advise where we can.
