Im Myrtlemaid ..been depressed on and off all my life and was recently diagnosed with  BPD.  I m not always completely rational and often a real misery.. can also tho have a giggle and even be helpful..

Borderline personality disorder...waited a long time for this diagnosis but have been treated for anxiety and depression since my teens and am now 40..am having some dbt as group therapy and am being reffered for individual psychotherapy..cant say ive noticed much improvement but at least it means i have to chat to people twice a week.    ^&^

Psychotherapy has been found to be very helpful for those with BPD.

Its a horrible condition, but fortunatly treatable.

Welcome to the forum anyway. The members up with me, so they must be all nice people.
