Don't want to feel like this anymore

Driving home from work this evening I found myself crying uncontrollably because I can't face the weekend alone with my thoughts........have not stopped crying. I can't carry on like this :'(

The weekend has been so long and lonely. Tried to keep busy to stop my mind sinking in to dark places but have not had any energy....

Weekends can be horrible when you are lonely, even worse when you suffer with depression to.  Lacking the energy and motivation makes things so hard.
