The 'Hello, I'm new' post - Louise ;D

 Hi,
so I came across a magazine that had this listed as a good supportive type of place for depression sufferers.  I thought, oh yeah, I need some support - bucketloads - but I like to be helpful to others in equal measure, so I'm hoping this is the place to maybe give me some ideas on how to move forward.
I hope to see you all and get to know you on the topic boards.
