There are things you can do to help yourself feel better:

I suggest you get a referal to mental health team for for CBT or counselling, as this will help you alot.

Also, please get the contact details for the local crises team. If you really do find yourself in a very dark place and your struggling to hold on to life, you can ring these people and they will help.

The immediate pain that your are experiencing is very strong, but it is not permenant, and improvement is entirely possible.

You have your kids. It may no seem possible at the moment for you to get them back. You feel very depressed so you feel hopeless. However, your ex actually has no right to take your kids from you. You are completly entitled to bet a part of your life, this new bloke will not take you place. You are the father. There are definatly many things you can do to get your kids back.
