Is it really worth it
« on: February 25, 2012, 09:00:04 PM »
Depression is like being in a cage with no exit door  "£$

A relationship breakdown triggered my depression, add into that the fact I'm having to rehome my cat as well because I've moved back with family and one's allergic to Dylan and yeah I'm a mess.

I got down the doctors after a family member insisted I went and got meds (not saying what!) but still feel pretty bad at times ..........  "£$

Hi  />. join the club a great opening explanation, but I think we all deserve a better life and that is why we keep fighting I just wish more people would talk about it.  My family keeps me going............even though I wonder why they have faith in me "£"  My father in law passed away last week, he is the only other person in the family circle I confided in that I am unwell.  The hurt that my husband and two boys have and therefore the love they have for the family unit, has helped at this sorrowful time.  Isn't it a wonder what can help, believe in yourself, and welcome on board :)  you have your family backing, this means a lot.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat :(   There is an exit door but its often difficult to find it xx
