interesting insight to your brain :) welcome btw.

i think that everyone's experience of depression is slightly different, i certainly noticed some of the points you say were featured in my depression, but then some were not. i think the fact you are diagnosed with bi-polar says a lot, the fact you feel OK and then you don't.

i don't think there is a "typical" depression, everyone's is certainly unique to them and writing down is certainly helpful for a lot of people, so just keep going with it - your writing is certainly engaging :)
