I just want to stop feeling this way! its horrible! major issues expressing myself so i dnt think i will ever recieve the correct 'help'! :(x

I am new to all this to and can't talk to anyone about how I feel. I just write it down and get out of my head that way

Hi Shal... im not really sure how this site works as i'm useless with computers but just wanted to say that i feel the same way as you ....  depression is an awful thing to have and i've been depressed for many many years.  Im on medication, citalopram, and it does seem to be working.  But i just wish i didn't suffer this way.  I've also passed it on to my kids and feel so guilty about it.  I love them so much but think I should never have had kids.  i'm sorry to feel sorry for myself but i'm so fed up with thinking this way and realise that i will have to live taking antidepresants for ever.   karen
