I have a great support network but I can't open up.

Never had depression before and I don't even know what type I have or if that makes a difference.

I have come on here in the hope to be able to off load to people who understand and wont judge.

you can open up as much as you need to here, no one will judge and we all know how depression can affect everyday life etc,  if you are shy there is a more private section, if you pm one of the admin or mods they will give you the key to let you in xx

Its a truly brilliant forum here with some lovely people - just dont get too involved with the ear licking 

If you want to understand a little more about some peoples experiences, it may help to look through one or two journals that people keep.

Everyone is dealing with different issues but by reading through, you may see some things that see familiar and be able to relate. Once you understand that you are not alone in many things you feel it may be easier to open up to us and ask specific questions.
