I have just can't do it any more I miss her like mad and I have spoke to docs and they want to change my pills but when I actually feel happy about commiting suicide then it could be best answer

I moved away and staying with family at the minute but just can't Carry on any more

I can't I was even going to try and win her back but she's shacked up with the low life she slept with despite him being a mistake and finding this out has just pushed me to the edge now

Please don't forget the people who are worth living for who will be devastated if you die. My nan committed suicide so I can see how it wrecks the loved ones left behind. YOU are also worth living for. I felt I didn't want to live after a bad relationship ended but I knew I wouldn't feel like it forever so had the sense not to waste my entire life on a man who had no respect for me. Once you have got through this and come out the other side you will be so thankful that you didn't end your life for one person who is not deserving of you. Life is too precious.

It sounds like you have a family and a little girl who sees you as her daddy. these people love you unconditionally. They need to know how you are feeling and they can help you get through this, I promise you xxx

Scaffell is right, Ive lost two friends by suicide and its absolutely dreadful, think carefully of those you will leave behind if you dont care much for yourself xx
