I've to see how I go on these tablets, also give them a fortnight or so to kick in and take it from there.
I've to go back if there are any side effects etc other than that she told me to make an appointment a week before they run out and she'll take it from there.

These forums themselves have been a big help.

As I said to my partner this morning I'm going to slow down a bit and stop trying to do everything at once and stop being so precise and take one day at a time and handle it as it happens rather than thinking about the unknown all the time.

Dont worry if the medication takes a wee bit longer to kick in, it takes 3-4 weeks for me and I know I tend to get anxious waiting for that to happen despite knowing I've been on them before and what the normal pattern is.

Great to hear you're planning the other changes too, I could have written that bit myself as I tend to do all those things....
