Hi I'm New!

Hi everybody,
My names Carrie I'm 22 and I've had depression for nearly a year now. For the past 5 months I've decided to do something about it and have come on this long and not easy road to get better! I'm sure like many of you sometimes I feel like the light at the tunnel will never appear and I will always feel like this! I came onto this forum as part of my recovery and hopefully I can help others as much as I'm sure you can help me!

Hey Harry! lol.

That's what i'm trying to figure out now with my counselor. I was at university doing a pretty full-on course away from home, my confidence as always be rubbish since I was very young. I don't know, it makes me feel guilty because some people have had such a tough life compared to myself and I can't handle mine!  :-[

Hi my depression started while I was at uni. I'd messed up my first year (only a bit) so had to repeat some of it. I started the second year and completely lost interest. I didn't realise I was depressed at first, only after reading about it. All I need is comfort and reassurance, can't even get that :( Take care
