Not too sure where to post this. Life might seem confusing right now and people I thought I could rely on have let me down, including my wife. I made my first post earlier this week, no one judged me and only gave me support and for that I am truely very grateful.

It's Christmas Eve and i'm sat by myself watching the box, feeling sorry for myself. For anyone else out there in the same boat, I know things will get better and we will beat this. There's positive thinking for you!

I know the feeling its not easy is it?

No certainly not easy. It doesn't even feel like my life anymore. Not sure if the medication is making things worse. When I mentioned it to my doctor they just shrugged and said I would probably feel even worse without the meds! Just find it all so confusing.  "£$

you found the strength inside to wish us all a Merry Christmas , the strength you had when you were well shone through, meds or no meds

I felt like that the first time I had depression, I would suggest if you feel worse or there really is absolutely no improvement in a few weeks hassle your doctor and if he is still unsympathetic try changing to another doctor.

That is a postitive post and i am in exactly the same position as you. Watching TV, on laptop and feeling sorry for myself!!

Thankyou. I changed meds a few times already. Last time was when I was in hospital. Don't really remember much about that time in my life and still feel selfconscious. I'm sure that everyone looks at me differently now.

As for the tv woozywoo and Zaf there is little on, just finished watching the cube!

I think OH has something called QI on, when he goes up the pub I'll put a DVD on or find a documenary to watch if I can
