Dodgy Up Days
« on: January 06, 2010, 08:55:44 PM »
I've read comments from a lot of people on here who suffer from near constant tiredness due to depression, which is something I also suffer from.  My biggest problem with tiredness though, is that on those days I do feel good I find that I am absolutely bouncing off the walls, which if anything leaves me even more exhuasted than I normally am when I'm down (and I mean I really am hyper).  Then because I'm tired I get down and so on and so forth and you how it goes.

I'm only just now beginning to talk to people about my problems and as a result know little about symptoms.  Does anyone else suffer from excessive energy/mood swings like these?  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to deal with it?

Thanks

Ezel

I have this elation and burst of happiness and high on life and full of energy.i get it every day around 4.00pm in the afternoon. Its allto do with the body fighting the balance of seretonin in the brain but eventually when the balance is right your brain has produced adrenalin to help the seretonin improve your mood and balance the brains chemestry.Dont worry about it,the more of these epesodes you have the more your on your way to recovery s it proves the body is doing something about it.
