I think the bad in the morning / better at night thing is called "Diurnal variation in mood" and it seems heavily linked to circadian rythms from what I have read....

I think you're right, I suffer quite badly with it at times, although I have also had it the other way around once or twice. I find getting up a nightmare, I do tend to have to be really strong.

Haven't heard of it, will have a quick look.

I'm guessing, from a very quick look, that it's some sort of electrical stimulant similar to TENS.

Ah okay, their figures on the website seem pretty good but then again, they are trying to sell their stuff so they would!

I think I'd talk to a friendly doctor before trying anything like that.

Do you use any alternative therapies?

I don't take any, I have to be quite careful although I think omega 3 would be fine, I might give it a go.

Sally Brampton's psychiatrist recommends Omega 3 (1000 EPA) once a day.

I honestly think it doesn't hurt.
I would need to stop taking it to see if it makes a difference.

Definitely, I bought mine online to make sure they are 1000 EPA and they weren't too expensive.
I really think it doesn't hurt to try.... same for vitamin B complex, just to make sure you have your B12 etc and that your brains has the right nutriments it needs to heal and recover.
