Yeah, I couldn't be without my Olanzapine every night and the 5-HTP as needed now.  Obviously check with your prescriber before you change though 'cos you will need to slowly cut the dosage of your prescribed AD slowly then wait I think it was 6 weeks with neither before you can start taking the 5-HTP - I had to stop the Citalopram as soon as I finished the pack 'cos of the allergen, but in an ideal world you should gradually reduce before you stop.
