Vitamin B12
« on: January 16, 2016, 09:10:37 AM »
Before I forget to say, this link was approved by Pip   :happy0158:

Vitamin B12 is an awesome vitamin that can really affect your mood and energy levels.

Yesterday I took http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00W2GFKVY?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 and within seconds it lifted my mood, made me feel more awake and my life was in HD again!

They are on sale for a tenner atm, instead of £25 and you get 4 months supply so I reckon you should give them a go!
Money talks, chocolate sings!  :-D

May your life be as pleasant as you are.

Did you stick with the B12?

I did indeed... I take a multi-vitamin every morning that's got 100% of the NRV thingie in it that I notice the difference within a minute of taking too.  Expensive but soooo worth it!

In that case; "I'll have what she's having"...
What brand is it?

We're not supposed to give out URLs without permission, but if you go to your favourite browser and search for "Simply Supplements" I take the multi-vitamin that's in the Vegetarian section.  There are other places that sell multi-vitamins too and it's a case of trying and seeing.  Might be worth asking your GP for a vitamin D and B12 blood test first though, just to make sure you are actually low in them first.

I've been a customer of Simply Supplements for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else now!
