Hi. I've just joined and wanted to introduce myself. This is all a strange journey. With hindsight I think I've struggled with depression for sometime, probably years, but things all came to a head during the summer. I do sort of know how I got here - and I sort of know the the steps I need to take henceforth - but both acknowledging the past and taking those steps is going to be difficult.  I just hope with time that I can do it.
