hi,

some times i wish i woke up and did not cry, i cry because i dont wanna wake up!!!!

evey thing feels like effort........i wanna scream but nothing comes out?!?!?!?!

Yeah, I hate mornings too.  maybe because I'm more of a night owl. 

Sorry to hear you're struggling.  it might help to write it all down in a journal?
