Panic attacks
« on: February 04, 2012, 04:05:43 PM »
Since I went to hospital on Thursday I've been having panic attacks, the first one waiting in the reception.  None have been serious so far but each time I feel like crying.  All I can put it down to is being restricted in mobility.

I started having panic attacks a couple of weeks ago, had a few now, mostly at home when I got upset about something, but started to have one in Tesco, just had to get out.

Thanks everybody, I was going to church tomorrow but it's snowing so Rick doesn't want me out in it even though it's just from the door to car then car to church and same coming back.  Fortunately he records the service on mp3 and video so I wont miss out completely.  There have been offers to help from the church for this coming week which means I'll get spoilt.
