The big day

Ok feeling a little bit nervous, at 1:30pm I have my first counciling session today :0/. But only good can come from this as I've know where else to go

It's normal to feel a little nervous before your first counselling session, Tinatea.
I'm sure it will be OK; it is a good step you are taking, and I'm sure you'll get some relief from even just having someone to talk to.

Hi yes it went ok but I opened up a bit more so I've been sent somewhere else! They could get me in tomorrow so I've an appointment then
