Hello everyone

I just joined this forum. I liked the idea of being able to talk to others in a similar situation. Im currently on a very bad low which occurs every 2 weeks because even though im resistant to fluoxetine, my GP just keeps jacking up the dose each month. Im 21 and have been dealing with depression for a few years but only recently took a step towards help. I am at university, which can both help and hinder progress. An example of hinderance being last night. A very bad night, no sleep and missed an exam this morning, making me feel much much worse.

So, I am here too both give and receive help, as I know it works both ways
