Hey guys  :)
well im new to this so i don't really know much about how this site works i just found it while looking for support for my depression, and thats the main reason i joined- for support from other people who understand that i'm not being selfish as everyone seems to think about depression (including me if i'm honest before it hit me), so yeah i know thats not much of a story but anyway xxx

welcome Zombie I am sure you will find this site supportive. Everyone will listen and support as much as they can. Depression is a very difficult thing to live with and without some support from people who understand (that means people who have or have had depression) it is even more difficult. don't be afraid to share how you feel or support others on the site.
