Hey and welcome!!!

Glad you found the courage to join it can help!

I had the same worry at one point and found another therapy service to put myself on the waiting list in case I could not cope I knew I had another possibility of being seen...

so im not more elaborate im in a low state myself at the moment but be stong! sorry about the loss and the abuse!!! must be devastating on so many levels, can understand not being able to ask the why's because my mum suffered abuse from her father and cried to me one night that she will never know why.

In my thoughts xx

I hope you stay strong during the next few days, loss is never easy ! there are bereavement topics in the forums also you may relate to.

Take care
