Its useful to both people that are depressed and their friends, family or carers

Received my copy in the post this-morning  :)

My mum read the online article and said it was the most informative paper she has read on depression - and she has read a lot to try and understand.

Thanks Zaf   *(*  (I probably wouldn't lick your ear!)
This too shall pass.

it is interesting the first chapter is so insightful never have I heard a profession be able to relate to how I feel in such a way (if that makes sense)
I think all mental health professionals and gps should read this book to give them a clearer picture of how we process thoughts :| think it would give them a clue as to what we do say
and how we want it to come accross (the words arent right but hope the point gets accross)

cant wait to listen to the rest x
