Hi im trev an I'm 40 I just thought I'd say a quick hello. I've suffered from depression as well as other things for all my life.

Amanda should be able to deal with that now  :-[ - I've been distracted for a while as a good friend of mine has been in hospital for four weeks, her daughter has been hospitalised on Friday and her grandchildren are causing problems.

Hi spiralling, welcome to the forums,
having depression all your life is a real downer i know,
i am in the same place, and when one can see no light at the end of the tunnel
it just makes things worse.

hope you have a good time here, and pick up some helpfull tips.
