This is an easy peasy lemon squeezy game, you just type a sentence in reply to the previous person and if you are the last person to reply, you win. It doesn't need to be a book, just a couple of sentences about your day or in reply to the previous person or whatever, just shoot the breeze about whatever comes to mind.
This isn't the place to ask for or give support, let's keep this light hearted shall we? ;D

Could you maybe ask your doc for advice about your cholesterol, Stewart? Or have you already done that and found their advice useless? :hug: if you want it

Was there anything else your doc recommended you could try to reduce it or did he just throw the meds at you? :bash: :hug:

I know from experience what it's like to get the right combination of meds but there are various statins out there that you could take. I take Simvastatin 20 mg and Rick used to take Simvastatin 40 mg but since his heart attack he's been on another statin. It's worth you having a chat with your doctor to review your meds.

I was on 40mg but it was dropped 20mg due to one of my other meds making too much of it dissolving into my system.

That's the busy start to the week out of the way now (other than the shopping coming tomorrow evening) so starting at Goddess only knows what time tomorrow I'll be able to write again after 4 days of not being able to!
What about the rest of you? How has your bank holiday been today?

it is, but drink enough and sleep better, and everything is kinda fezzy..... i know its back to normal next daqy but anything is better than feeling so c*ap

As long as you keep taking them (I keep forgetting) then it sounds like you are really looking after your health as much as you can! :cheerleader:

keep forgetting to take me gabapentin, should be 3 a day, sometimes its just 1

Maybe set some sort of reminder on a mobile phone or computer or something? That's what I do! :happy0158:

It doesn't need to be a long reminder, mine just says "take multivitamin" and it's set to go off at 8.15 every morning :happy0158:

My thoughts exactly, but there was only one bus a day each way so I either caught that bus or spend £30 on a taxi to work!

You just be careful of how much alcohol you're drinking is all... and remember to take vitamin B1 as well to keep you healthy while you're drinking :happy0158:
