If your interest is in spiritual and esoteric matters generally the Internet Sacred Text Archive can be interesting.I found it while looking for a text on the Tarot. The only problem with it is that it tends to present texts as masses of HTML files so you can't download a complete text in one like the pdf files on Holy Books but it contains some interesting things.The link to the Judaism section is below but links to all the topics are on this page.
