Hello all, thought I should introduce myself....
I've registered on the forum mainly because I have almost a total lack of people to speak to about my down days, and after some years I'm finding that increasingly hard to deal with.
I've been getting down since my late teens (I'm now almost 30), but the last couple of years have dragged me down a long way.  I've always suffered from a lack of self-confidence, but this reached a peak (or a low, depending on how you look at it) when my wife left me about a year ago.  I'd still love to know why.

Anyway, I've decided that with the New Year I should make an attempt to come to grips with my problems, and the way I see it the first step is finding people to talk to, both to help myself and to help others if I can.
