after looking thru other sites for depression this one seems more easy to get into as when i get depressed fully its hard to concentrate n read thru pages of info n stuff so the simple the betta.
have tried to find help lines to phone when i get real bad but appart from samaritans which i have used in past cant find anyothers????

I think MIND may have a phone line,  I know I found an alternative to the samaritans when I was really bad in the summer  xx

I've not been here long but I can honestly say that this is a lovely forum full of caring people.

There's also your local crisis intervention team, although the quality of the service varies. If you're lucky, they can at least get you seen by professionals that can eventually help.
