Had A Good 3 Months Now. Im Back To Square One

Been while since ive been on here.

ive been focusing on postives went to gym lost 4 stone i look good, met a girl things were going great. then suddenly my mood dropped. then got dumped. it has taken all my confidence away. yet again dumped because im "great guy" now i cant pick myself up. and too kick a man while he is down ive got to have some moles removed and sent for testing because potenitally cancerous.

I realise that theres people less fortunate than me, but i kind of hope that it is the dreaded C and i cant just let it go to work on me. Horrible thing to say but its how i feel

well done on loosing the weight,  im sure it was just your illness that caused you to get dumped, did you try and explain the low mood. a lot of people dont understand and fear the unknown.   im sure its her, not you that caused the break up, but im not really sure what to say about that sorry, cant really comprehend relationships at the moment

right a bloke i worked with had cancerous moles and hes now all clear. im sure you will recover too

i know how u feel i hard a scare too with a lump and hoped it would take over, luckily it was just a cyst, i actually felt worse that it wasnt the big c

she knew all about my depression when we first started dating. but after 2-3 months shes says shes not sure that she wants to be in a relationship, says that we should go our seprate ways and if its meant to be then we shall get back together.

not sure how to do with it

ah right, im not really too sure what to say but possibly she wasn't strong enough to be able to cope with dealing with your illness, i very much doubt it your fault at all

just do what ever the doctors tell you, they will help you recover please try and fight though it, i know this illness is hard enough without the cancer but your strong enough to fight it

im tired of swiming agasint the tide so to speak, it was such hard work to bulid myself up last time round, my mates helped me last time i cant depend on them again.

my prevouis ex not the one that has just dumped me one before, wants to meet with me. im sure wether thats going to help me or not

i know how you feel, i built my self up a lot for something, you might think is trivial but after it drained me. you just need to use the strength you obviously have that has helped you beat this in the past. good luck

if you dont feel ready for it then just ask her to wait, or just explain your situation and see what happens from there

good, it really does help to talk, i feel better for at least attempting to help

are you glad you managed to pick your self up last time? 
im sure in years to come you will look back and be thankful that you had the strength to battle your illnesses and keep going

no. the good stuff isnt worth the effort of getting there, why give myself the hope that things can get better and stay that way. ive yet to see it with my own eyes.

when your feeling ok im sure you wont think the same.   i havent seen it with my own eyes yet either but there are plenty of stories about recovery, even some on here
