&*( It all takes time. Sometimes it seems easier and safer to keep everything that's in your head in! Sometimes I wouldnt know where to start with everything thats buzzing around up there  :-\ And then sometimes I can just talk and talk and talk.....

Everybody does say it is best to get it out though - but that can be in a few different ways! I found that being creative was and is a brilliant help.. I love to write and draw but had zero inspiration to do either - so I baked! And I've finally got my garden together!! Its not a magic cure, but for the time you are doing it you are concentrating on what it is you are doing... sometimes that isn't the case and you just end up with the same thoughts as always - but somehow they can seem a bit clearer.

But also bear in mind that everyone is also different. If you just want to get what you can out... you don't have to post it on a forum. I have quite a few documents on the computer which are almost like diary entries. I don't keep a diary, but I know I can (if I choose too) look back on them when I am recovered and see how far I have come. Likewise, feel free to send it in a pm if you like. But it is anonymous on here and no-one will judge you - we're all in the same boat.

Nay xx
This too shall pass.
