Sure, my goal is to complete a challenge every week for one whole year, i know it will be hard, and the challenges really take a toll on my body, but, upon completing these challenges they make me feel like i'm not a complete loser and maybe i am worth something

!!!  You're a stronger human than me then!  Have you got 52 things already planned or are you taking it a week at a time?  Will they all be done at home or will some be at a gym or in the park or something like that?

Feel free to tell me to get knotted if you like!  lol

Have you thought about searching the internet for other body weight things you can do?  Or seeing a personal trainer just once to get other ideas of things you can try?  You're doing so well, Jali!

I'm guessing you are getting fitter and the Endorphins are kicking in each time you do it too!

Edited to add:  Don't suppose you know of any exercises to get rid of huge fatty thighs do you?  I'm getting muscular calves and my stomach is shrinking by walking the pup every morning but it's not affecting my thighs at all... I can only get jeans just above my knees because of my thighs being so big   :-\

the exercises that target the thighs are squats and lunges, do those and you will see an improvement,
