Hello all

Hi all,

I'm Paul,

So...i have mental health issues, i feel hopeless and depressed a lot of the time and have felt this on and off since i was in my early teens i also suffer from depersonization disorder, which i find very very difficult. I often think i would like to end the pain but i have responsibility's, 2 kids who i could never hurt and a wife. The thoughts do happen though and i want them to stop:)

I have a job, and i hate it. I was also diagnosed with a brain cavernaoma 3 years ago which did not help.

Not sure what else i should say!

Hi Paul, welcome to the forums.
being suckin a job you hate cant be good at all, and long gone are the days when one could walk away from a job one week and start a fresh one the next week.
are you on any medication? also see if there is a MIND office in your area, they have some great support workers.
