Hi. I'm New

Hello.  Joined for a bit of support.  Suffered with depression for a long time, have been on current medication for 13 years.  I don't have anyone to talk to so I thought this might help x

Hi Julia, welcome to the forums.
It is indeed hard to open up to people about depression, you will find many here who can offer advice and suggestions in many ways.
There will always be members here to chat to, and best of all, they understand the darker side depression can bring on.

Hi Julia,

I think most of us understand what it is like not having anybody to talk to.  You can post whatever you feel like here as it is a safe environment.
