Hi eveyone newbie here.

Hi,
I'm a newbie on here. I've just turned 28 years old and Recently diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety...And currently signed off work.
Looking to find other people who are going or gone through the same experiences, as i'm finding people in general aren't fantastic when it comes to discussing mental health issues or don't believe they are true which is causing me quite abit of  _-+.
Be nice to get chatting to everyone and see what everyone has to say   +-_.
