Waking depression
« on: May 25, 2010, 07:57:58 AM »
Well anyone out there with any ideas?I have depression that I can cope with in the day[just about].It's first thing in the morning[on waking]that I find so difficult. No matter how I feel when I go bed[good or bad]I wake up feeling empty/unable to cope/dreading the day ahead etc etc and sometimes I can shake it off by lunchtime sometimes it's there all day.I have tried anti depressants they do not agree with me so I am doing this myself.Any advice would be most appreciated and some hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey x

Just read around the forum, I'm sure you'll find helpful things, and if you read my post 'Getting better is possible' in the road to recovery section - one step at a time, hopefully that will help you too.

Take care xx
