He does;) still trying now. But thankfully he is hopeless. Our other cats regularly brought them in, then it was a mad dash to get them back in the pond :). Basil (his brother is here now, but he is after fish food! Anyone would think I never fed them :). S x x x

Have to say our pets bring me such joy. Never a dull moment here. Its so lovely in the garden now warm but with a lovely gentle breeze x x

A bit too hot for me but pretty blissful sitting in the shade on the patio bt the jasmine which smells lovely - even though I am tackling 3 Self Assessment forms!

I'm afraid they're getting urgent and there's no one else that can do them, but am tackling a bit at a time and not going into the office

Its got so hot out there that I'm back indoors with a big fan on, lots of rest till the evening then will get some garden stuff done hen it gets cooler.

Seriously considering mothballing the veg garden next year while I tackle the damned bindweed, its getting to triffid-like proprtions and I dont want to use roundup on the veggie areas

At least you are at home doing them. Much better to do garden stuff when its cooler in the evening. Just try not to do to much. S x x x x

No mam ;)

Got the last of the clematis in and all but one of the honeysuckle, the patio is gradually taking shape despite losing one or two plants and I'm convinced the blame can be attributed to certain dogs 'watering' the borders

Got the leaky hose on one border now and will go out to do the rest of the watering after Ive fed the dogs and me :)

Lol. That's one good thing about having little girl dogs. Done the watering out the back as the sun has gone off the top end.  Will do front in a bit x x
