ITN tonight program - trouble with men

Did anybody see the ITN 'Tonight' program yesterday evening on the effects of male depression and why the majority of people who are treated for depression are women and yet the largest suicide group are men?   They looked at the idea that men are reluctant to talk about it and bottle up their feelings.    This was the case for me - tried to bottle it up, deal with it on my own and thought that it was part of my personality and not an illness.

What do you think?
