May i say hello!!

I am a divorced man of 49 who has 3 children (youngest 17). I have suffered with bouts of depression for the best part of 20 years.All started to go pear shaped when my ex and I started going in two different directions. At the same time i faced reduncy from the job i loved.....

Since than i have not moved on. I am alone, i rarely see my children and have no social life or friends. They have all moved on.Now i am feeling particulary lonely, my mood goes up and down and right now it is very fragile. My back is killing me which tipped me over the edge this time. Can anybody hear me and maybe understand??
