Hi guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, and get involved helping others, and maybe recieving support too.  I have been on and off with depression since I was a child, am currently having CBT through the NHS and am on meds.  Just think now talking to people who are in the same boat will really help. 

I try and be a positive person, and make friends and be nice to people all the time, just can't shake off the depression.
