Howdy, I'm new around here

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi.  I suffer from Borderline personality disorder and received DBT several years ago.  It has reasonably worked but lately I have been feeling really down and just can't pick myself up.

Right now I just want to pack my bags and walk away - where to I don't know and quite frankly don't care  .  Unfortunately having a job and pets I can't do that.  Hoping having someone to talk to will help pick me up a bit.

I know exactly how you feel about wanting to get away from everything, I have pets and couldnt simply leave them either
