Since i'm new, i thought i'd say hi before i started posting.
So..hey!
Not sure what to say really lol, i've struggled with on and off depression for..a fair few years now and it's not rearing its ugly head again.
But instead of bottling it up i'm gonna try and talk about it this time.
Really not sure what to put here so anything you'd like to know feel free to ask lol

hey and welcome,  this place is a brilliant help
If you think things can't get worse it's probably only because you lack sufficient imagination.

Hello Mr_Marc and welcome. You could start by saying what triggered you to come and find us? Tend to find there is a bit if a last straw scenario for most people and once that's explained, other things come pouring out a bit easier. Say as much or as little as you want, we will help as much as we can.

Take Care Lol

I understand how counselling makes things feel worse. My counselling is a nightmare! It is SOOOO painful to dredge up the things that are the problem, but it is necessary and I do understand myself and the mistakes I have made better as a result. Counselling can be very painful, but I think it's the nature of the beast.

Harmful intentions
particularly those involving deliberate acts exploitation, seem to cause longer-lasting and more painful emotional consequences than natural disasters. The crucial factor may be that such experiences destroys people’s trust in others, particularly if they involve someone you have depended on.
