I could always get a few car geek friends of mine to explain the differences between the different models of VW Scirocco?. That would get you off to sleep in no time...probably keep you there for days too  ;D

well,  I went to bed early, woke up when OH came to bed around midnight, used some of the oil (on my wrists) and inhaled quite a bit, went back to sleep :)  woke another 2 or 3 times, sniffed up the oil that was still on my wrists each time and went back to sleep quite quickly again then woke at a very sensible 5.30am - hoping it will continue to work that well as I do feel less tired this morning and I may actually be able to start going to bed at a more sensible time  ::)

Well I'm pretty much back to normal which is good. Am so bored during the day though.

Is there something you like doing that isnt too taxing?  I tend to watch TV or DVDs if I cant concentrate or read if I can

Its excellent news that you have sorted your sleep pattern.

Have you any ideas for what you could do during the day? I recall you mentioned volunteering. thats sounds to me like a positive step.

Getting back to normal. Significant improvement. I'm worried though,as I have been prescribed anti psychotics to act as a mood stabiliser to bi-polar spectrum disorder, and they apparently make you very tired. I am all ready on enough mirtazipine to make a heard of elephants black out, so I'm concerned how my sleep pattern will be affected.

Haven't started the new tablets yet. Might start tommorow night.

Started last night, had one this morning. I feel different for sure. Not so sure about uping the dose....this is no baby drug I'm on. Suppose it will take a while to get used to
