hi i have just joined this forum...i moved back to my mums about a yr ago after the break up of my 15yr marriage...but the house where i was staying in...i was brought up in...and it brought back a lot of old memories of things that happened there yrs ago...i have been back and forth to my doc who says i have depression,anxiety disorder...i am on mirtazepine 30mg at night and diazepam which they are now going to change...i start new tablets tomorrow...i was promised a whole lot of help which has not been forthcoming....when i have a panic attack its horrible when you are on your own...with nobody to talk too...i know its not just me going through this...but thought it might be good to talk to other people...who are going through the same thing...i have had a lot in my past which i cant seem to get rid off...but hopefully things start to get better soon ......just wanted to say hi to everyone
